We offer a personalised service, tailored to the needs of each passenger.

  • At-seat service for Eurostar Plus and Eurostar Premier.

  • Bar service at the Eurostar Café for a relaxed break.

In the lounges

In Paris, London and Brussels, our guests can relax or work in the Eurostar Premier lounges, while enjoying a light breakfast, a freshly made smoothie, or even a cocktail prepared by our mixologists, depending on the time of day.

In the stations

A dedicated service at the Eurostar terminals in Amsterdam and Rotterdam stations:

  • Welcoming and assisting passengers.

  • Providing support for people with reduced mobility or disabilities.
